Welcome to ClickHome ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at clickhomes.ai (the "Site") and our real estate analytics services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

ClickHome is a real estate analytics platform serving Milton and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our Services include property listings, market analytics, financial calculators, and lead generation tools for home buyers, sellers, and investors.

VOW Registration & TRREB Compliance

ClickHome operates as a Virtual Office Website (VOW) in accordance with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) rules and regulations.

TRREB Data Terms

• The listing data is provided under license from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
• TRREB assumes no responsibility for accuracy of data provided by member brokerages.
• Data is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time market conditions.
• Historical sold data is provided for informational purposes only.
• You agree not to reproduce, republish, or redistribute TRREB data without authorization.

CREA DDF® Data

This website may contain data provided by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) through the Data Distribution Facility (DDF®). The REALTOR® trademark is controlled by CREA and identifies real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

User Responsibilities

Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Your legal first and last name
• A valid email address
• A valid phone number
• A secure password

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Services for commercial purposes
• Use automated tools or bots to access our Services
• Reproduce or redistribute listing data without authorization
• Use the Services if you are a licensed real estate professional (use your board's MLS instead)
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Property Information Disclaimer

• Property listings may be subject to prior sale, price changes, or corrections.
• Market analytics and price estimates are for guidance only and not appraisals.
• Financial calculations are estimates only; consult licensed professionals for advice.
• School catchment areas and ratings may change and should be verified.
• Walking scores, transit scores, and neighborhood data are from third-party sources.

Always conduct independent verification of property information and consult with qualified professionals (real estate agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors) before making real estate decisions.

Financial Calculators & Tools

Our mortgage calculators, affordability calculators, investment analysis tools, and net proceeds calculators are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon for:

• Actual mortgage approval decisions
• Legal or tax advice
• Investment recommendations
• Appraisals or property valuations

Intellectual Property

The ClickHome name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of ClickHome and are protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. The REALTOR® trademark is controlled by the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Listing photos and descriptions are the property of the respective listing brokerages and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKHOME AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on information provided through our Services
• Inaccuracies in property data, market analytics, or calculations
• Actions of third-party service providers or real estate professionals
• Interruption or unavailability of Services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
